2009 Showcase Table Showdown!

Take this exclusive opportunity to show off a special event or exhibit at your facility to the KMA
conference attendees! The Showcase Table Showdown was such fun in 2008, we are excited to offer it again this year. Are you having a really cool exhibit, activity or event at your museum or a special project, festival or event in your city or county?  We have the perfect opportunity to share and promote it at the KMA Conference! The 2009 Showcase Table Showdown!

For just $50 you can highlight your event, activity, organization or collaborate with others from your city, county or region to come together and decorate a table. Start planning now and work with your CVB, Chamber, area retailers, partner museums/attractions from your county, etc. It can be a weird, wild and wacky table or an elegant, understated and sophisticated table. At the Thursday evening banquet  you decorate a table for eight to

show off and share whatever you like with conference attendees.

Each table should include a SMALL GIVEAWAY for each guest at the table and a creative CENTERPIECE appropriate to auction off in order to raise money for KMA. By working with others in your area or County, you can create a valuable, highly sought after table for the Showcase Table Showdown that will raise lots of money for KMA. Remember the theme for the conference is Mining for Opportunities: It's Not Rocket
Science.

There are only a limited number of tables available so please reserve your table soon if you plan to participate in this exciting event. Please email info@ksmuseums.org to reserve your table. Proceeds from this fun event benefit the KMAs Mentor Program!
